Two men in their 20s will appear in Sydney Provincial Court May 29th, as part of ongoing Cape Breton Regional Police investigation into illegal drug activity in the CBRM.
Street Crime officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Main Street and Shore Road in Sydney Mines Tuesday evening, April 2nd, seizing Cocaine, prescription pills and cash from inside.
The driver and passenger were both arrested and later released on a Promise to Appear in Court
Eric Joseph Harbin, 20 of North Sydney, and Jacob William Daniel Jackson, 21 of Sydney Mines, are charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine. Harbin is also charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Hydromorphone and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
