Two men and a women face charges after a Cape Breton Regional Police investigation into a robbery from a person outside the Membertou Lanes on February 20th.  

Officers initially responded to a call from an man who reported that two men, including one known to him, approached his vehicle with a knife and took his gold chain and Rolex watch, valued at a combined total of approximately $25,000, and then left in a vehicle driven by a third person. The victim was not injured.

With video surveillance and witness information, investigators were able to identify all three suspects and the vehicle they were traveling in. Police located the vehicle on February 22nd, where they stopped it on Maple Avenue in Glace Bay, and located two of the suspects inside. Both were arrested and police continued to look for the third suspect, who they located and arrested on Foundry Street in Glace Bay February 26th.

After further investigation, Scott Ralph Martell, 33, is charged with Robbery with Violence, Assault and two Breaches of Probation; Mathew Scott Parsons, 24, is charged with Robbery, Assault and a Breach of Probation; and, Cassandra Nicole Leduc, 25, is charged with Robbery.
