A 33-year-old man faces charges for theft after he was caught with unpaid merchandise.
Cape Breton Regional Police were called to Keltic Kabota in Sydney at approximately 3:00 PM February 10th, where staff reported they had locked a person inside the store who had been trying to steal clothes he was trying on. Police arrested the suspect and upon identifying his vehicle in the parking lot, officers observed numerous items that had been earlier been reported stolen from Mark’s Work Warehouse.
After further investigation, Joshua Todd Donovan is charged with Theft, Mischief, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Police.
