A 47-year-old man faces charges for stealing a generator from Dodd Street in downtown Sydney.
Cape Breton Regional Police received a report the generator was stolen sometime overnight on September 14th, where it was being used as part of a community car show. With video surveillance, police were able to identify a suspect, who officers on patrol located and arrested on Prince Street September 20th.
Thomas Gerard Rogers is charged with Theft and a Breach of previous Court-ordered release conditions.
