Sydney man faces charges for drug possession, trafficking

December 2, 2015

On December 1st, 2015 the Cape Breton Regional Police Street Crime Unit conducted a vehicle stop near Spar Road in Sydney. As a result, police arrested a 33-year-old male and seized a quantity of Cocaine.

The male is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine, under the Control Drug & Substance Act.

The male will spear in Sydney Provincial Court on March 21st, 2016.
