Police investigate suspicious fire, Glace Bay Wharf

November 6, 2015

Cape Breton Regional Police are investigating a suspicious structure fire on the Glace Bay Wharf.

Police were originally called to the fire early Friday morning, at approximately 2:40am, November 6, where the Glace Bay Volunteer Fire Department was already on the scene. The Fire Chief deemed the fire suspicious, and security was put on the scene. The building was vacant at the time, and no injuries were reported. The Forensic Identification Unit continues to investigate.
