Police arrest male for drug trafficking

November 9, 2016

On November 8 at approximately 5:00 PM, the CBRPS / RCMP Drug Unit executed a CDSA search warrant at a residence on King Street in New Waterford. As a result of the search, a 37-year-old male was arrested and taken into custody.

Police seized hydromorphone pills and cash at the residence. The male was released from custody with a court date of January 11th, 2017 on charges of Possession of Hydromorphone for the Purpose of Trafficking and Breach of Probation.
