Police Week 2018
It’s Police Week! An annual celebration held right across Canada, to raise awareness about the services police offer to keep communities safe.
Celebrate Police Week with your Cape Breton Regional Police Service:
- Join us for a free “Meet and Greet” BBQ at the Mayflower Mall (Coles Court Entrance) on Saturday, May 19th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Talk to the officers, shake a paw with our K9 pals, and check out some of the vehicles and equipment we use to do our jobs. There will also be face painting and door prizes.
- And kids – put your artistic skills to the test in our colouring contest, for a chance to win a new bicycle! One winner will be selected in each of three age categories: 5 & Under, 6-8 and 9-12.
Print a copy of the colouring page here or pick it up at any of our police buildings and CBRM City Hall. All submissions must be received back at one of these buildings – or turned into your school – by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 22nd.
