Man charged with Cocaine Trafficking

October 6, 2015

The Cape Breton Regional Police Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at a residence on Ocean Street in Sydney Mines, seizing Cocaine and arrested a 53-year-old male.

He was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on December 7, 2015, when he'll face charges of Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine, and a Breach of Probation.
