Police learned the male suspect was in his 50s with scruff on his face, wearing glasses, a grey shirt and driving a white vehicle. 

While on scene taking the complaint, police received information that a male matching this description was presently parked in the WalMart parking lot. Police attended this location and arrested the man without incident.

He was remanded to the Cape Breton Correctional Centre and will appear in Sydney Provincial Court on August 6th, charged with Committing an Indecent Act - Exposure (x2).
