Female charged for Impaired Driving

At approximately 3:45 AM, Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the corner of Argyle and Alexandra Streets in Sydney, where a mini-van had collided with several parked cars in the lot of a local car dealership. 

As a result of investigation, police have charged a 35-year-old Sydney female with Impaired Driving and Exceeding the Blood Alcohol Limit.

She was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court at a later date.
