Drug Possession Charges

Members of the Cape Breton Regional Police Street Crime Unit searched a home on Heelan Street in New Waterford, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. As a result, police arrested and charged a 55-year-old man for Possession of Hydromorphone and a Breach. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on August 12th.
