Police lay drug charges in Membertou

At approximately 8:30 PM on Friday, May 10th, the Cape Breton Regional Police Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at a residence on Tupsi Drive, Membertou.

Police seized a quantity of marihuana and arrested a 27-year-old male, who was release on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on June 24, 2013 to face charges of: Possession of Marihuana and Trafficking in Marihuana.
