Cape Breton Regional Police have charged Curtis Matthew Rose with: Obtaining Sexual Services for Consideration, Receiving a Material Benefit from Sexual Services and Procuring a Person to Offer or Provide Sexual Services.

The charges come as the result of an ongoing and extensive investigation led by the Community Safety Enforcement Unit, in response to recent prostitution activity in downtown Sydney. Police continue to address this issue through increased visibility and foot patrols, and dedicated investigative resources.

Rose was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on July 20th.
