Cape Breton Regional Police responded to an alarm at approximately 4:15 AM; upon arrival, police discovered a broken glass door and observed a suspect still inside the store. Police arrested the man, who was transported to Northside General Hospital to be treated for minor injuries obtained through the course of the break and enter.

The male now faces charges for Break and Enter, Possession of a Break-In Instrument, Theft, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Property Damage.
