Upon arrival, police observed a garage door partly open and located a male inside the garage; he tried to flee the scene, but was arrested by police. The second male fled from the area, but police arrested him a short distance away.

Police found the males in possession of stolen goods from a house that they had just entered on Tenth Street, while the home owner was away for several hours.

Both males were released with a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court. The 24-year-old will face charges of Break & Enter, Theft, Possession of Stolen Goods and two Breaches on May 13th, 2013 the 40-year-old will face charges of Break & Enter, Theft and Possession of Stolen Goods on June 19, 2013.
