Cape Breton Regional Police today charged 28-year-old John Micheal Hurley with Robbery, Attempted Robbery and six Breaches. Hurley was arrested during the evening of January 9th and is now remanded to the Cape Breton Correctional Centre until his next Court Appearance on January 23rd.

Police are not looking for any further suspects at this time, and no further charges are anticipated.
